Open to any level of practice, our Vinyasa Yoga class is all about syncing movements with our breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence.

This class is for those who want to experience the joy of flying yoga! We start with beginner strength-building holds before progressing to more advanced ones and flips and tricks to follow!

Playful, fun and strengthening

You book your timetabled class and continue with this for the block. If you give notice and miss one you may be able to drop into another space if anyone else cannot make theirs - we have an optional What’sApp group to co-ordinate this.
