Established in 2015 amidst the tranquil landscapes of Glastonbury, the heart 💖of the UK, Blissed-out Yoga has been on a mission to foster a vibrant Yoga community and cultivate inner peace. 


Our classes are designed with the western audience in mind, combining the ancient wisdom of Yoga with a touch of modern flair. We understand that life can be fast-paced and demanding, so we strive to create a friendly and inclusive environment where you can unwind, rejuvenate, and have some fun along the way.

Whether you are seeking relief from physical discomfort or simply aiming to enhance your overall well-being, our dedicated instructors are here to guide you every step of the way.   Each class offers a balance of dynamic exercise to relaxation and flexibility that invigorate your body and mind.  You might want to start on the mat and progress to Aerial yoga.

At Blissed-out Yoga, we believe in the holistic nature of Yoga. It's not just about the poses; it's about finding balance, peace, and a deeper connection within yourself, not over-talking in the classes.  We also offer Treat days, where we spend time exploring aspects of yoga in a deeper way and teacher trainings in Aerial Yoga and coming for 2024 is our 200 hour course.
